Eugenia Zhurbinskaya is an associate with Venaglia & Fitzsimmons, LLP.

Ms. Zhurbinskaya earned her Juris Doctor in 2014 from Brooklyn Law School, and her Bachelor of Arts in 2007 from Hunter College, where she graduated magna cum laude. While working full time during law school, Ms. Zhurbinskaya interned for Hon. Shari Ruth Michels at Kings County Criminal Court. She also interned at Brooklyn Law School Consumer Counseling and Bankruptcy Clinic. Prior to joining Venaglia & Fitzsimmons, LLP as an associate, Ms. Zhurbinskaya worked for several years as a paralegal with Dornbush Schaeffer Strongin & Venaglia, LLP. After graduating from law school and passing the New York state bar exam, Ms. Zhurbinskaya was promoted to the position of associate with DSSV.

She is bilingual in English and Russian.

Ms. Zhurbinskaya is admitted to practice in New York.
